  • Manage and optimize $1M–$1.5M annual paid media budget across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and Bing; built ECP's Meta lead generation funnel from the ground up; implemented dynamic UTM tracking at the ad creative and audience level for exact performance attribution.
  • Architected full attribution infrastructure: UTM convention system, form listener, and hidden field framework — replaced a blind round-robin lead model with intelligent state/census-based routing to the correct AE, enabling channel-level closed won reporting for the first time.
  • Serve as HubSpot admin across marketing and sales — built lead routing workflows, lifecycle automations, multi-touch attribution models, sales sequences, and reporting dashboards; expanded sequences usage from near-zero to a core sales motion.
  • Created specialized autonomous agents — each with defined roles and skills for SEO, content strategy, and distribution — that work together to scrape industry trends, generate content, route to Notion for review, and queue for HubSpot distribution; integrated with the Meta Ads API for AI-assisted ad optimization.
  • Serving as the company's Claude Teams systems architect — building context libraries, process documentation, team skills, and automation plugins; deploying via Vercel and Cloudflare with GitHub-managed repos and full documentation.
  • Producing professional video content via Remotion (React-based video engine), elevating content quality without additional production headcount.
